Ramsgate RSL lend a helping hand as part of the ClubGrants program

Ramsgate RSL amongst the nine (9) Clubs within Rockdale Council Committee that

donated a collective total of $226,105 via its’ ClubGrants program

Each year through ClubGRANTS, clubs across NSW provide support to local community organisations, sporting groups and charities that can make a difference in their local area. Today, Monday 28th August we are proud to stand amongst our peers of the industry within the Rockdale Council Committee donating a collective amount of over $226,000.

Ramsgate RSL Club President Sallianne Faulkner and CEO David Moorcroft had the privilege of directly meeting a number of the funding recipients at todays’ ClubGRANTS cheque presentations.

With each organisation sharing the vision to make a difference in their local community, this funding reaches out to a number of age groups and high impact projects. Ramsgate RSL are proud to be supporting RSL DefenceCare who aim to assist the vulnerable, marginalised and disadvantaged ADF veterans in the Bayside LGA.  Other groups we are pleased to assist include the Restoration of Arncliffe work site for the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George,  Sponsorship of the Nurses on Wheels Day Tripper Bus, assistance in offering safe sleeping and travel for babies and children in need within the Dandelion Support Network, Vision Australias’ orientation and mobility service, Learning Links and St George Disability groups education and music programs and also the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation respite and psycho education for kids within Bayside Council area.
